1. Driver Eligibility & Documents
All drivers must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid, original Driving Licence for Light Motor Vehicles. A valid government photo ID (Aadhaar Card/Passport) must be submitted at the time of vehicle handover.
2. Vehicle Usage & Prohibited Activities
- The vehicle must not be operated by any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Vehicles must not be driven outside the territory of the State of Goa unless explicit written permission is obtained.
- Commercial sub-leasing, carrying contraband, participating in motor races, or driving on prohibited beach sands is strictly forbidden.
3. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a verified fuel level. The vehicle should be returned with approximately the same fuel level as recorded at pickup.
4. Traffic Fines & Tolls
The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations, speed limit fines, and parking fees incurred during the active rental period.
5. Vehicle Handover & Return
The vehicle condition is verified mutually during handover. Any delay in scheduled return must be communicated at least 6 hours in advance to our official team on +91 8624888376.
